Here is an easy way to view, reserve or cancel a role for a specific meeting. Or, you can see the Monthly View. If you wish to access a different date, please visit our Quarterly Schedule. For upcoming meetings, you have two options:

1) To Reserve a Role: click on slot labelled '<OPEN>', sign in, and complete the reservation process.

2) To Cancel a Role: click on your name, sign in, and complete the cancellation process.
