Background
One day his dad told him "Rich, you're an engineer and engineers have a reputation for being bad communicators. You need to learn
to communicate. Join Toastmasters!" So he did. Since then he has completed
his CTM twice, ATM bronze, helped start the Cheshire Toastmasters chapter and is one hard speech away from his ATM Silver. He has held several club offices, including president(which was a great learning experience) and competed in several contests (a lot of fun, though challenging).
